Digitalization at the core of Grundfos’s dealer event

Organised by Grundfos in partnership with M.A.H.Y Khoory, Dubai Dealer Event was held on 26th July, at the Ramada Jumeriah Hotel, Dubai. The event was attended by 80 dealers in Dubai and was designed to improve knowledge and awareness of Grundfos’ extensive domestic pump range, as well as building stronger relationships with Grundfos dealers in the Dubai market.

A key message throughout was how digitalization is being adopted within Grundfos Domestic Pump solution, and the importance of selecting the right type and size of pump and the right level of protection for each application, rather than simply choosing based on power and price. By providing a greater choice of high quality, engineered pumps and controls, Grundfos provides customers reliable and cost-effective solutions that use minimum energy.

The event comprised of live demos, engaging presentations and enlightening videos, led by Executive Sales Manager Syed Ashraf Shahzad and technical expert Arjun Nair from Grundfos. The highlight of the day was the demonstration of Grundfos’ ground-breaking SCALA2. The live demo enabled dealers to witness the silent operation of the intelligent ‘plug and pump’ domestic pressure booster - a compact, smooth operator that is easy to connect, flexible and offers outstanding benefits all round.

The event proved an outstanding success, with dealers appreciating the opportunity to expand their product knowledge and network with experts from both Grundfos and M.A.H.Y Khoory, as well as other local dealers.
