Launch of the S-tube in Jordan a success

February 01, 2013

The new S-tube was presented to a group of 70 selected consultants and main clients along with an overview of the WU product range

GGD successfully launched the new S-tube impeller in Jordan during it's WU seminar, which was held in the period between 11th - 13th of June 2012 in Jordan - Amman.

The seminar was organized by Mohammad Arar (Senior Sales Manager of Jordan/Syria/Lebanon) and Ahmed Sami (Senior Technical Support of Jordan/Syria/Lebanon), and was conducted by Adam Blaski (Director - Water Utility) on a three-day basis. On the first day the new S-tube was presented to a group of 70 selected consultants and main clients along with an overview of the WU product range. On the second day the product was launched at the Ministry of Water in the main training auditorium for a total of 35 engineers representing various departments of the Ministry. The last day the seminar was held at Al Samra WWTP (one of the biggest WWTP in Jordan) for a group of Degremont and Samra O&M engineers.

The customers were extremely amazed by the new product and it's unique features, and event itself was very successful for GGD and for their branch office in Jordan. The feedback received from the consultants indicated that this product put us a step ahead from other competitors, and they now understood why 170 Million Euro is spent yearly in R&D.

"This is a fantastic launching and feedback was positive, but NOW we have to focus on consultants & developers to specify the S tube pump with all the features in their projects, in order to reduce the competition, and increase our sales" says Mohammad Arar.
